At Thai Language Tuition UK, I strive to provide high-quality, personalised lessons that help every student progress with confidence. To ensure fairness and clarity for all, please take a moment to review the refund policy below before enrolling in private tuition.

Registration Fee: The £90 registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment. This fee grants you access to the private student library, learning materials, and homework assignments appropriate for your level for as long as you remain an active student.

Tuition Fee: Private tuition fees are paid weekly through automatic Stripe payments. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, as lesson slots are reserved specifically for you. If you wish to pause or discontinue lessons, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. This ensures your payment schedule can be adjusted and your reserved time slot offered to another student.

Missed or Cancelled Lessons: If you’re unable to attend your weekly scheduled private lesson, please note that cancellations are not offered. As a result, missed lessons will be counted as part of your scheduled plan. I encourage you to make every effort to attend your lessons regularly to maintain progress.

Lateness for Lessons: If you’re running late for your lesson, please let me know as soon as possible. Lesson times will not be extended to make up for tardiness, and the lesson will end at the scheduled time. To ensure you get the most out of your learning, I recommend arriving on time for every session.

Going On Holiday: You can keep your usual weekly slot if you go on holiday. However, to retain your regular lesson time, you will need to pay the usual tuition fee during your absence. Upon your return, we will make arrangements to make up the missed hours and continue your normal learning schedule. This option is available only if your absence is planned and communicated in advance.

Tutor Holiday: When I take time off, I will always give students at least 14 days’ notice. During this time, your tuition fees will continue as usual, but any lessons missed will be rescheduled and made up after I return. This ensures you receive the full number of lessons you’ve paid for and that your learning stays consistent without losing valuable progress.

Termination of Tutoring Contract: You can terminate your private tutoring at any time. However, please provide at least one week’s notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. If you decide to rejoin in the future, you will need to pay the one-time registration fee again.

Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. I review reschedule requests case by case, with understanding and fairness.
